Since I was on semester break let's have some fun baking new recipes from kitchen guardian .
Super excited to share those drooling desserts!
Orait here we go, earlier today mama and me bake nutella cheese tart and red velvet with macadamia praline topping. I tell yea.. It's perfectly drooling and melting in my throat.. My tummy can't stop smiling till now muehehehe.
1) Nutella Cheese Tart
maigaddd this one,, I tell yea.. it tastes wonderful! can you imagine the crunchy of the golden tart shell coated with sweet indulge nutella and yummy fluffy rich cream.. pheww how perfect! Here you go the ingredients
Shortcrust pastry for tart shell
method
*rub all ingredients to resemble bread crumbs and paste on 10 inch tart tin, bake at preheated oven 170C

- 260g all purpose flour
- 250g butter
- 70g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
method
*rub all ingredients to resemble bread crumbs and paste on 10 inch tart tin, bake at preheated oven 170C
Cream cheese filling
- 170g cream cheese
- 170g tsp sugar
- 4tbsp sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
method
*mix all the ingredients and using mixer until it becomes snowy and fluffy
Nutella filling
- 1 cup nutella
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn starch
method
*mix all ingredients and simmer on slow fire until thickens pour baked tart shell. let cool.

second dessert will be red velvet with macadamia praline topping
red velvet cake
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 250g butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp red colour gel
cream cheese
- 250 g butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 7tbsp sifted icing sugar
- vanilla
- mascarpone 3-4 tbsp

Well.hello there sorry for a lateeeeee reply just realised there is comment. First it is typo.. Haha just 170g sugar . Second the crust, it will be fine to bake from 15-20min
